Kris Jenner is an American media personality, socialite, and businesswoman. She would first gain her fame when she would star on the reality TV series, Keeping Up with the Kardashians, which would run from 2007 until 2021. She has four children from her first marriage to the late lawyer Robert Kardashian, including Kim, Kourtney, Khloé, and Robert. She also has two kids from her previous marriage to Caitlyn Jenner, then Bruce: Kendall and Kylie.
Born in San Diego, Kris Jenner is the oldest of two children. She was raised by an entrepreneurial mother and an engineer father. She would primarily be raised by her mother after their divorce. They would remain in San Diego, where Kris Jenner would work as an American Airlines flight attendant after high school. Between then and the early 2000s, she would begin to make her family with Robert Kardashian, then famous lawyer.
In the early 2000s, she would approach Ryan Seacrest about a reality TV show about her family. She would create the concept based on The Osbournes, and they could eventually get the show picked up by E! cable. The series debuted in October of 2007, and it would become the longest running reality TV show in the history of the country. The show also had several spin-offs including Kourtney and Kim Take New York (2011), Khloé & Lamar (2011), and Life of Kylie (2017). More recently, she stars in the new Hulu series, The Kardashians, and she also runs her own production company, Jenner Communications.
In her personal life, she has been seen as the matriarch of the family and the “momager” for all her kids. She has been in a relationship with Corey Gamble since 2014, after her last husband, then Bruce now Caitlyn Jenner, and her divorced.
