World's Best Magic clip show (final title TBD)

Thanks for your interest in The World's Best Magic- a hosted show produced by Genius + Poison featuring clips of the best and most interesting magic effects from around the world. For more context- imagine a show about magic in the format of America's Funniest Home Videos in which our host(s) introduce  clips of performers exhibiting mind-blowing tricks.

The show will be a half-hour (network-length 21-23-minutes) series and feature multiple videos from various performers.  Our intent is to distribute the show to FAST channels, streaming, and potentially syndication.  We are requesting a non-exclusive right to use your video clip (or clips) as a part of the show.

You will receive $2.25 per second of footage used in the final show as a rights buyout.  We will also guarantee that your name (or performer name) will be shown on-screen during your performance.  We want to make you money and more importantly gain exposure for your live performance and social channels.  To be clear- we are only licensing your video for use in the show and its promotion.  You are free to keep using the footage anywhere else, and we have no claim to the underlying intellectual property- this is your material and your video- we would just like to use it in our show.

Here is what we need from you- Please fill out and Docusign the license agreement, upload your footage in as high-res a file as possible (this is important) to the below Dropbox link, and  send us (to the address below) the name you want on-screen. your name, company name (if applicable), email, phone number, W-9 (link below) for payment, and anything we should know about the clip, such as if you have cleared the rights to show any audience.

We will let you know when the show finds a home and airs, as well as keep you updated on developments.
