The revered Allman Brothers guitarist and Gov’t Mule founder shifts from his last acoustic effort to a powerful blues-rock sound. Joined by John Medeski, drummer Terence Higgins, and bassist Kevin Scott, the album also features Lukas Nelson, Jamey Johnson, and Derek Trucks, who appears on multiple tracks, including Real Real Love, a tribute to Gregg Allman.
