Daniel Tosh is an American comedian, T.V. host, voice actor, writer, and executive producer. He would graduate from the University of Central Florida with a degree in marketing and move to Los Angeles. After that, he would pursue a career in comedy. His career would become more noticeable after performing on Late Show with David Letterman in 2001. Then, he would create a tour for national shows and have his half-hour special on Comedy Central Presents in 2003.
From 2009 until 2020, he would be the host of the famous Tosh.0, where he would go through video clips and add comedic dialogue to the show. He would also create his comedy tours from 2010 to 2015. Tosh.0, despite being widely popular, was also highly offensive, and there were elements of black comedy that were seen as controversial, mainly when he performed in stand-up routines.
In his personal life, he was born in West Germany but raised in Titusville, Florida. He would later announce to his fans that he had social anxiety and disliked public speaking. He married Carly Hallam in 2016 in Malibu, California. He is also highly invested in philanthropy, hosting "Tosh Saves the World," where he proceeds to notable charities.
