Carson Daly is an American TV host, radio personality, producer, and TV personality that is well known within the industry today. In his early start to his career, he was a VJ on the MTV Total Request Live and he was also a DJ for the Southern California radio station 106.7 KROQ-FM. He would join NBC in 2002 and he would begin hosting and producing Last Call with Carson Daly.He would also host regular specials such as the Macy’s Fourth of July fireworks show and New Year’s Eve with Carson Daly from Times Square in 2003.
Other than his early start, Daly has also been involved in more prominent roles. He was the host for The Voice in 2011 and he was also a social media correspondent for Today in 2013 and then he would eventually earn a place later as a co-host. He’s also worked as a radio DJ in his past and was the nighttime host of the Los Angeles radio station KROQ-FM. Daly also hosts the top 30 weekly countdown show, The Daly Download with Carson Daly.
In his personal life, he currently lives in New York and is a devout Catholic. He also married Siri Pinter, who is a food blogger, in 2013. Together, Daly and his wife have three kids and he speak out about his own struggle with anxiety and panic attacks.
