Anthony Zuiker is an American TV writer, television producer, and author.He’s the creator of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation and he has produced all four versions of the show including Miami, NY, the original show, and Cyber. He’s also worked on the show, Whodunnit?, and he is the creator of the web series, Cybergeddon. He recently won a Pioneer Award from the International Digital Emmy Awards for the web series.
In his younger years, Zuiker was born in Blue Island, Illinois. He was born in the same hospital as the CSI: NY star, Gary Sinise. He would be raised in Las Vegas, while his mother worked as a blackjack dealer and his father as a maître d’. He would attend Arizona State University for three years before he transferred to University of La Verne, then again moving one more time to University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He would study competitive forensics and even compete in the national speech tournaments.
As he entered the industry, Anthony would work on The Runner, which we would be sold to the Creative Artists Agency for $25,000. He would begin to scriptwriter, creating shows and working with notable channels and companies. He would receive the Big Brother Award Austria in 2007 for communication and marketing, and he is best known for his creation of CSI, and the entire franchise.
