A San Francisco-based tech company wants to throw the biggest 80’s rager on Treasure Island, with an eye on impact, and the party of a lifetime. They want 80’s icons, original band members, and charting #1 Billboard artists.
One of the most unique experiences to date, we were able to bring members of Devo, the B-52s, Tears for Fears, the Bangles, Howard Jones, Tone Loc, and Sugar Hill Gang on stage. The event was hosted by iconic MTV VJ Martha Quinn, and connected through a curated custom set of musicians anchored by the renowned band Notorious.. It was a time warp celebration, with everyone in the 3,000-person audience wearing Devo’s signature “red energy domes” gifted by the client. Everyone was wowed - from the client to the guests to the artists… even us!
